A practical example of this was the development of the Ford Storm line. We identified a demand for more ruggedness and a stronger visual presence in models that were becoming "too urban." The design was a direct response to that feedback.

Once the data is validated, ideas take shape through Design Thinking. In our São Paulo studio, designers and engineers work side-by-side. This proximity ensures that every aesthetic choice is technically viable and that every color, material, and finish (CMF) serves a purpose in the final product.

In-House Infrastructure and Physical Execution

Global delivers more than just digital files. We have the infrastructure for physical modeling, producing everything from basic mockups to full-scale (1:1) show cars.

For the Troller Storm project, for example, our studio designed and molded over 230 parts internally. This level of execution is what ensures creativity translates into a production-ready vehicle with a high-end finish.
